My version of item cards/handouts, tried keeping it as simple as I can. Fields for the item’s: Name, checkbox if it requires attunement and notes/description - Simple!

Added:

  • Reset all and individual fields.
  • Item name.
  • Checkbox if the item requires attunement.
  • Description box.
